Clara Barton Hospital is currently seeking a Family Physician to join our medical staff team. Responsibilities will include providing care to patients in our Rural Health Clinic, emergency Room coverage and inpatient care and rounds.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST responsible for providing services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain and prevent or limit permanent physical disability of patients suffering from injuries or disease ; restores, maintains and promotes overall fitness and health. Is responsible for the evaluation, planning, directing and administering of occupational therapy modalities as directed by the prescribing licensed physician. Requires current license as an Occupational Therapist.


PHYSICAL THERAPIST Physical Therapist to provide PRN or contract therapy services. Current license as a Physical Therapist is required


SPEECH PATHOLOGIST Speech Pathologist to provide speech therapy and swallow study services. Current license as a Speech Pathologist is required.


NURSE SURGICAL SCHEDULER This position works with Clara Barton Surgical Services and other departments of Clara Barton and other facilities to ensure the schedule of surgeries at multiple locations and to ensure that payor expectations are met and the scheduled surgeries are authorized. Nursing background - RN or LPN license, Medical Assistant Certification required.


MEDICAL ASSISTANT Will provide front and back clinic support to all of the Clara Barton Clinics located In Hoisington, Great Bend and Russell, Kansas. Responsibilities will include reception and clerical as well as patient care tasks. Current Certification required.


LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to lead clinical mental health services at Clara Barton. The LCSW will plan, coordinate and provide direct clinical and consultation services. This is a unique opportunity for an individual to leave their fingerprint on quality mental health care services in Hoisington, Kansas. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, ambitious and driven to create great patient experiences. Must have a thorough understanding of mental health regulations and accreditation standards. Three (3) years clinical experience desired.


CLINIC RN Responsible for performing a variety of duties to ensure quality, coordinated and managed care of patients. Participates with the surgical clinic staff in establishing goals: determines work procedures and expedites work flow; ensures compliance with all operating policies and procedures; communicates with appropriate personnel; provides progress reports in a timely manner. Current state of Kansas nursing license and current BLS/CPR are required.


RESPIRATORY THERAPIST The therapist is specially trained and experienced in the field of respiratory care and is qualified to perform the necessary therapeutic and diagnostic procedures as ordered by the attending physician. These procedures pertain to the care of the patients with abnormalities and deficiencies associated with respiration. Graduation from an accredited certified respiratory therapy program and current BLS and ACLS required. Must be licensed or credentialed under applicable Kansas State laws as a Certified Respiratory Therapist.


HOUSEKEEPER Responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned areas. Must be willing and able to perform routine, repetitive tasks on a continuous basis as assigned by Manager. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.


COOK/DIETARY AIDE Provides food service to patients, family members, public, and employees under sanitary conditions. Provides assistance in all dietary functions, as directed, and in accordance with established dietary policies and procedures. Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
