Price Transparency

The list of standard pricing is for all health plans within the payor contract.

Prices may fluctuate throughout the year. Charges do not represent payment from insurance. Patient financial responsibility may vary based on the type of insurance carried. Services billed by providers outside of Clara Barton Medical Center will not have fees as part of this pricing list and patients will receive separate billing statements for physician fees and reference lab fees.
