Visitation will be restricted for the following reasons:
At patient request or legal guardian if patient is under age or becomes incapacitated.
The patient is observed by his or her nurse to be sleeping
Patient is undergoing a medical procedure or care.
Restrictions initiated by CBH leadership or safety officer . Restriction will be posted on the patient’s door.
The number of visitors may be limited at the nurse’s discretion.
Pets are allowed only with prior approval and proof of current vaccinations.
Guidelines and information for public:
A Colored Sign on a patient door may indicate “ Isolation Precautions”. Visitors must check at the Nurses Station prior to entering the patient room in order to receive specific instructions about isolation precaution procedures.
No Visitation Sign indicates the patient has requested no visitation, is sleeping, or undergoing a medical consult or procedure. No entry is allowed, but visitors may ask at the nursing station to leave a note or receive information on when visitation will resume.
Visitors are asked not to visit patients if they have a cold, cough, or other communicable illness. It is important to restrict exposure in order to prevent the spread of infectious disease.
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Visitors are required to wear shirts, shoes and conduct themselves in a quiet and considerate manner.
This is a tobacco free facility and use of tobacco products is allowed in designated areas only.
Clara’s Corner Cafe is open to patients, visitors, and the public daily from 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Snack and vending machines are also available 24/7 and are located across from medical records.
